We are looking for high-energy, friendly individuals who excel in the retail space and have a passion for building relationships. Please read the entire job description in full before applying!

Sales Associates are responsible for creating an inviting environment and joyous shopping experience for each and every person who walks through our doors. From helping customers pick out the perfect balloon bouquet, to helping customers find the perfect card and gifts, performing basic opening and closing procedures, cleaning, sanitizing and straightening.

Ideal candidates are described by their friends as “the life of the party,” outgoing, kind and responsible. Ideal candidates are passionate about parties or modern paper goods, have common sense and great communication skills.

We expect all team members to be punctual, kind, and eager to learn. Team members must be able to count to 100, can differentiate between the colors of the rainbow, lift 25 pounds and are comfortable on a ladder.

Wages commensurate to experience. Hours vary based on the operating hours and needs of our retail business. You will be scheduled and required to work weekends, afternoons and evenings as required to fit the needs of the business.

Key Job Functions:

• Creating a fun store atmosphere that attracts customers
• Answer Phone calls
• Helping customers with product questions and recommendations
• Stocking shelves and displays to our specifications
• Following through with the POS process, ringing out customers, packaging products, and making sure inventory is properly recorded
• Walking customers through the balloon garland options
• Comfortable doing live videos on all social media platforms
• Team player 

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable on a ladder
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
• Must have weekend availability
• Able to lift and move 25 pounds
• Must know how to do the cha-cha slide
• Be a good human
