Store Manager - Head of Party People

Key Job Functions:

• Setting the mood for the team that ensures a great sales day and a positive party people atmosphere
• Understanding all of our products with the intention of cross-selling and providing the best service to our customers
• Ensuring that all employees take their proper breaks, log their time accordingly, and follow the dress code
• Responsible for following visual merchandising standards and coordinating the switching over of themes for different seasons/holidays/etc. 
• Responsible for achieving sales goals by developing and maintaining relationships within the community
• Comfortable being on our social media platforms (including live videos), and executing content as described
• Remaining flexible to help support different roles within the shop as needed
• Ensure Balloon stock and supplies are ready and replenished before event deliveries
• Ensuring store is staffed 
• Ensure Balloon and Event Calendar are up to date
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 2 + years of retail management preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution
• Great Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 30 hours a week
• Must be comfortable on a ladder
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
• Must have some weekend availability
• Able to lift and move 25 pounds
• Must be able to do the Cupid Shuffle on command
• Be a good human
