These simple yet stunning balloon bouquets will elevate your New Year's Eve party! These bouquets are perfect to set on table tops, in your room's corners, really anywhere to make your party special!

Our ribbons are cut to 8 feet long, and tied individually to each balloon, set at varying heights. All latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to ensure they stay up longer.

**Balloons will stay afloat for at least two days, when used properly and indoors.**

Helium balloons are pickup or local delivery only - you must check the add helium button for helium to be added to your balloons.

Helium balloons can be picked up at our West Hartford location during business hours and scheduled at checkout.   You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery is also available at checkout.
