📍 Based in New Britain, CT (training in West Hartford) | 🕒 Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
Are you someone who loves making people smile, enjoys working with your hands, and takes pride in a job well done? We're hiring part-time team members to help us create and deliver beautiful balloon garlands and event décor throughout Connecticut and beyond.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and we’re looking for friendly, punctual individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us.
Introverts welcome! Many shifts are worked independently, so you’ll need to be comfortable working solo, driving alone, and spending time with your favorite playlist, podcast, or just your own thoughts.

What You'll Do:
- Build and install stunning balloon garlands (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Deliver, set up, and break down balloon displays and party decor, and event rentals at client events
- Assist in prepping balloon installations at our New Britain warehouse
- Communicate proactively with the team about inventory needs and event schedules
- Keep our warehouse and delivery van tidy, organized, and professional-looking
- Represent Pink Flamingo Party Co. with positive energy and great customer service
What We're Looking For:
- You’re punctual, dependable, and have great attention to detail
- You're a fast learner with good common sense and solid communication skills
- You’re comfortable on a ladder and can lift up to 65 lbs
- You hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and are comfortable driving up to 2 hours each way
- You have weekend availability and a flexible attitude
- You can count to 100 and identify all the colors of the rainbow 🌈 (yes, really!)
- Most importantly, you’re kind, eager to learn, and a good human
Bonus: You enjoy quiet work, solo time, or zoning out to music or a podcast while getting the job done
