This Monster DIY balloon garland kit is giving us some major Frankenstein vibes. Have fun welcoming trick-or-treaters to your house with this hanging on your front poor or front door.

All balloons included in this kit are biodegradable and proudly made in the USA.

This product includes step-by-step instructions on how to create these balloon garlands with no previous garland experience necessary!  This balloon DIY kit will make a 5-foot garland when assembled and can be paired with additional kits or mylar balloons to make larger or longer garlands.

Colors Include: Neon Green, Bright Blue, Bright Orange, and Black

Each Garland Package Contains:
- Assortment of balloons ranging from 5" to 16"
- Garland will be 5 feet when assembled
- Fishing line to string the balloons
- Step by step instructions for assembly
- Proudly Made in the USA

Please note that the items not included are command hooks for hanging and a balloon pump to blow up each balloon.  A hand pump can be purchased here.
