Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Details
Delivery is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can choose your delivery date and time at checkout. As this garland is under 14 ft, it will be delivered ready to hang but not installed. We’ll include hanging bands—just bring your own hooks. We recommend indoor Command™ hooks.
Planning to pick up your garland?
Pickup is by appointment only and is currently only available at our New Britain warehouse: One Hartford Square – Center Court – Unit C-12. Please select your pickup date and time at checkout.
Garlands 6 ft and under generally fit in a sedan, while garlands up to 10 ft fit best in an SUV.
Garlands can be picked up a max of 4 days in advance of event.
Longevity
For best results, keep balloons indoors in a cool area out of direct sunlight, where they can last around 1–2 weeks. Outdoor displays may last only 1–2 days, depending on weather and handling.
If you are placing balloons outside, we recommend setting them up no more than 30 minutes before your event.
Please note that we cannot guarantee balloon longevity once they leave our studio.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At this time all balloon purchases are non-refundable. In the event, the client chooses to reschedule, Pink Flamingo Party Co. must be notified within 72 hours prior to delivery via email and all money paid will be transferred to a new date within 365 calendar days.
The client maintains the right to cancel at any time; however, the client will forfeit the monies paid. No refunds will be given.
