Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Details
Delivery is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Delivery dates and times can be selected at checkout.
Pickup
Pickup is by appointment only and is currently only available at our New Britain warehouse: One Hartford Square – Center Court – Unit C-12. Please select your pickup date and time at checkout.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At this time our helium and garland purchases are non-refundable. In the event, the client chooses to reschedule, Pink Flamingo Party Co. must be notified within 72 hours prior to delivery via email and all money paid will be transferred to a new date within 365 calendar days.
The client maintains the right to cancel at any time; however, the client will forfeit the monies paid. No refunds will be given.
Float Times
Float times are dependent on enviorment and temperature. All of our latex balloons are treated to last longer and we use 100% helium.
Direct Sunlight, AC, drastic change in temperature, and altitude will affect balloon quality and float times.
Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Please remove all balloons from their bags immediately upon receipt.
- 11" latex balloons will float for a minimum of 2 days
- 17" latex balloons will float for a minimum of 3 days
- 24" latex balloons will float for a minimum of 4 days
- 36" latex balloons will float for a minimum of 4 days
- Mylar balloons will float for a minimum of 4 days
