Ring in the New Year! This beautiful balloon bouquet is perfect for your New Year's Eve party! This bouquet would look fantastic at your party's entrance, and truly anywhere the party people will be!

Our ribbons are cut to 8 feet long, and tied individually to each balloon, set at varying heights. All latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float to ensure they stay up longer.

- Two 18 inch Happy New Year Balloons
- Custom Balloon Cluster Weight

**Balloons will stay afloat for at least two days, when used properly and indoors.**

Helium balloons are pickup or local delivery only - you must check the add helium button for helium to be added to your balloons.

Helium balloons can be picked up at our New Britain location during business hours and scheduled at checkout.   You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery is also available at checkout.
